We have become the official partner of the largest platform of state trading in Ukraine – Zakupki.Prom.ua!
Zakupki.prom.ua is a project of the EVO group of companies, an official member of the ProZorro electronic public procurement system.
The aim of cooperation was the need to implement common capabilities aimed at improving customer experience for customers of both partners, which creates synergy of partner products.
Since 2014, the Zakupki.Prom.ua marketplace has been part of the ProZorro government e-procurement system, it is accredited to all 4th levels. This is not just a place for holding tenders and auctions, but a resource that provides high-quality service to users: from the most correct and comfortable participation in tenders to signing a contract.
In turn, the APS SMART system provides the ability to manage all procurement processes from the beginning to the end, that is, from the arising and coordination of demand through tender procedures and electronic document flow to an interactive order and receipt of goods to the warehouse.
As a result of successful integration between APS SMART and Zakupki.Prom.Ua, state-owned client companies of both partners have the opportunity to work in a single holistic procurement environment (end-to an end process), which covers the entire process of procurement of state-owned companies with automated functions.
Such a “combined” solution of APS SMART + Zakupki.Prom.ua will increase the competitiveness of customers’ companies, apply optimal and correct approaches to internal procurement processes, minimize the cost of resources for procurement and tendering, increase the number of suppliers and get financial savings.
